I'm trying to find out what Firefox has charged something to my credit card account. I didn't order anything from Firefox. Please let me know how you plan to resolve that and, if not, I'll just call the fraud division of my credit card company. I'm confused. I don't understand how far Fox got my credit card number and how they managed to charge something to it. Not liking this at all.. get me back to me ASAP. Thanks

The desktop Firefox web browser and mobile Firefox web browsers for Android and iOS (iPhone/iPad) are 100% Free to install and use with no charges ever.

Perhaps you installed and signed up for Mozilla VPN https://www.mozilla.org/products/vpn/ or perhaps even the Firefox Private Network https://fpn.firefox.com/ extension.

If you did purchase and install Mozilla VPN and you change your mind then you can do a refund. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/mozilla-vpn-faq#w_what-is-your-refund-policy https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-request-refund-mozilla-vpn

If it was indeed Mozilla VPN or Firefox Private Network you signed up for then there are support forum sections you can post a thread in for help as Paul linked to in above reply.
