On Firefox the normal Android FIDO/U2F/WebAuth/whatever it's called these days screen does not show up that lets you select if you want to auth with an on-device security key, an NFC key, or a USB key.

Instead, a custom pop-up shows which has no support for USB or NFC keys (like the YubiKey).

Could Firefox please either add support for USB/NFC security keys or just use the built-in android security key feature which already supports this. I cannot switch from Chrome without this feature because it means I cannot login to websites I use.

Hi,

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or developers. If you want to leave feedback for developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Share ideas and feedback…. Alternatively, you can use this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.

You can also file a bug report or feature request. See File a bug report or feature request for Mozilla products for details.

Ah, makes sense. Thanks.

No problem, hopefully we can look at including support for this in a future update.
