Currently my computer is defaulting to Yahoo or Google. Two symbols come up for Firefox on my desktop and both seem to open all the time. Please help me to get a secure connection with Firefox as I feel my Yahoo account has been hacked. Thank you.

Firefox is just a browser with standard layout. As to why yahoo or google is loading that is harder since there is no background for anyone to know what is happening.

It's a Browser not server in since of connecting to. It does have Firefox sync but that requires Firefox account to do sync between devices. Beyond that it's just a Browser if there is no Sync Firefox account login. So your question is still confusing what being asked here as to what your asking defaulting to yahoo or google?

I understand it is a browser, but it is on my taskbar as the browser I prefer, and two symbols for Mozilla come up. I must move to the one to the far left to be sure it will stay on Firefox browser. Thank you. Roberta A. Beute

I want to sync to my NOOK Tablet. Help.

To sync to a nook if Firefox is running on it takes time to update but both have to be logged into the same account for the data to sync. Sync isn't instantaneous it takes time to sync the data to other devices if the bigger the files the longer it takes to update to other devices.
