Hi guys,

i want to embed a gif in my email. When i do this it shows me the frame of the email but nothing more. In preview the gif is visible and play. When i send it no video to see for the receiver, just the frame..

i googled but it seems no help there.

can someone help me out? Thx in advance

I clicked to insert image, selected an animated gif, sent the message and it displayed properly. More detail on what you did may be useful.

i did it like you did! But on my system i got just the frame of the gif visible and nothing will arrive on the receiver side.

I have searched for solutions but there are some ppl who had this problem but its no recent problem.
