Firefox 134.0.1(64bit) sluggish on Fedora 40

more options

Was prompted for various system updates including apps(Firefox). Performance has been very sluggish. At some points, it feels like I'm browsing on dialup. I have a 1GB connection from my ISP.

Not sure if this is a Firefox issue or in conjunction with the other system updates.

Thanks for the reply. Literally an hour after I posted this I checked if there were any updates for Fedora 40. Turns out there were many system updates. I applied them all, rebooted and Firefox was back to normal. So, I'll consider this closed for now.
