There is just one company that sends me messages in HTML but every paragraph is just one line that disappears off the side of the message panel. Is there any way of getting Thunderbird to word wrap these messages apart from changing "View" to display the message as text?

hello!thank you for reaching out!Steps to Try:

Verify Display settings for HTML emails in Thunderbird (under Preferences/Options).
Resize the message pane to give the text more room to wrap.
Try installing an add-on to improve HTML email rendering.
Adjust the View settings for the specific email (message body as original HTML or plain text).
Ask the sender to verify their email’s HTML formatting.
Test the experimental HTML renderer in Thunderbird's Config Editor.
Update Thunderbird to the latest version to fix potential bugs.

Hopefully, one of these steps helps resolve the issue with word wrapping in HTML emails! If the problem persists or you need more details on any of these options, feel free to reach out. 😊
