I am unable to view websites like Bestbuy.com or Newegg.com because it routes me to the websites in China. When using IE it works perfectly.

Check under "Languages" at Settings for web content, pop-ups, fonts, and languages and see if you have "Chinese" listed there, if so, remove it.
