I'm having repeated problems with FireFox not wanting to open. Why?

In the past week, week & a half, when attempting to open Firefox, nothing happens. I've had to contact my technical support each time through Century Link for help & the only think they were able to do to assist is uninstall then reinstall . They said the error is on Mozilla's end & to contact your company to have the problem resolved. The only resolution they could determine though is that for some reason something on your end is 'getting stuck'?? Thank you for any help you can give, Tammy Bailey

You are the third person with this same problem on the forum today. Apparantly this is not an isolated problem. I guess I'll check back in a few days and spend the time inbetween learning how to use Internet Explorer
