Firefox keeps crashing and no one is replying!
Shortly after I updated my firefox it has been crashing. I've submitted 29 crash reports since the 15th of June and no one is replying. I would really like to get this resolved. The majority of my work is done online and I spend 30 minutes typing something just to have firefox crash and then I have to start all over again. I don't know why it takes a month to get a reply!

Sorry, there is no response to submitted crash reports unless the developers would want more information about a particular report; AFAIK, that has never happened. It is one way communication to help Mozilla improve Firefox, not intended for individual user support.

The email section in the crash reporter should have been removed early on as people have mistakenly thought they would get a personal email rely in support or such.
