After updating to from FF5 to FF6, or, after a Shockwave Flash update, some webpages which FF5 satisfactorilly saved as 'webpage complete' now won't save. Only an empty files folder appears. It seems specific to pages with Shockwave Flash banners (SWF). Disabling SWF does not solve issue; neither does restarting FF or clearing download lists. IE8 can save same pages as 'complete page' when Active X permitted, except SWF animation is absent. Shockwave Flash version 10.3.183.5 updated 16 August 2011

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
