When posting a question to Mozilla Support (here), the troubleshooting information doesn't provide enough space. The max is 30,000 characters, but my troubleshooting information is 45,102 characters. Can you please increase the allowed length on that field?

You can leave out the printer prefs if those are taking most of that amount.

Paste that information in a text editor and edit out some of the information that probably won't be needed for helping fix your issue. Then copy and paste the edited information into the troubleshooting information field when you create another new posting.

Depending upon how many printers you used in that Profile, start out by editing out printer preferences which won't be needed unless your problem is related to a printing problem. That's the best that I can think of for now, changing allowed character numbers ain't gonna happen with one user having a problem or overnight.
