I have 2 folder email storage , one in drive E ( which will full soon) another one in drive H ( which have more space)

As of now what ever email received it will come to drive H ( where there is more space ) i have email filter in drive E which have many folder ( there no space ) so i want to move all location to be in one drive that is "H"

When i want to configure OLD folder , email storage location to " drive h" it says A parent directory of the directory specified in the Local Directory setting is already used by the "Local Folder" account. Please pick a different directory.

if different directry my storage folder emails all become vanish

I have no real details, but based on your question I am guessing Thunderbird does not check the drive letter only the path. so H:\Stuff and G:\Stuff would be the same thing. Try a change to the actual folder names.
