I want to put up a window (say, Youtube) that will stay in front as I use another window (Say, Facebook). But, when I do this, as soon as I click the Facebook window, the Youtube one minimizes. How do I make it so that the Youtube window never closes without making both windows small?

You can resize the windows so that they don't overlap.

If you want a window to be always on top, even when you switch to other windows, you need a third-party utility.

To Gingerbread Man: There are two downloads on that website, but one of them (Window On Top) costs money, and the other one (PinMe!) is one that my computer can't download... Sorry, but those links didn't help.
