we have the latest verison of thunderbird installed. we are running it on a windows machine. whenever we forward an email after some time maybe around 10-15 minutes the forward arrow disappears and we no longer know what email has been forwarded. The reply arrow works fine,

My guess is it is an IMAP mail account and the server does not support the forward arrow so each synchronization removes them
