How can I change all the recipients in a PRE-PREPARED list from 'to' to 'bcc'?
I know if I type in the first recipient and hit 'bcc', the next one automatically changes if I'm composing a multiple-recipient email from scratch. However, I already have a pre-prepared sub-list in my Contacts folder. If I click on 'Write', all the names are there in the blank email and doing the above doesn't help. Any ideas, please?

Starting an email in the address book is not the best choice.
Turn the contact sidebar on in the Write window. Open a write window and press F9. Select your mail list and use the Add To BCC button at the bottom. Does that do what you want?

Such a simple solution, but I never knew about the Contacts sidebar before! This has saved me so much time - thanks very much.
