BC does not seem to prevent everyone on the list seeing addresses. How to fix this problem?

Using BCC does not seem to prevent the e-mail addresses of the addressees from being displayed to the individual intended recipients. Each address is entered separately, not from a mailing list.

Thanks. fredt2

Is this a new development? There have been some grumblings about Bcc problems in the latest version. Which one are you using?

Some SMTP servers do something I find surprising; they show Bcc'd addresses to other Bcc addressees. It seems this is a valid interpretation of the RFCs that define SMTP. Could this be relevant in your case?
