I can't figure out how to remove this double row of print icons in my Mozilla/Firefox dashboard, just below the browser window

Everytime I open Firefox I get this double row of printer icons in that gray area (dashboard?) just below the browser window. I can send a screenshot.

This is eating up space, and preventing me from reading my DIIGO toolbar below. I thought it was a DIIGO issue, but it is not.

I also lost all my shortcuts to other webpages.

I can send a screenshot. Please help.

You can attach a screen shot to a reply to your question: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1035233

If you recently updated from Firefox 28 or earlier to Firefox 33, there was a change in the interface and the old Add-on Bar no longer exists. If Diigo uses the Add-on bar, this could explain the glitchy appearance. To create an Add-on bar for extensions that require it, you can try this extension:

https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/the-addon-bar/

Regarding shotcuts to other web pages, were they on the Bookmarks Toolbar, just below the address bar? You can turn on the Bookmarks Toolbar using any of these methods (Windows-centric, I know, but...):

  • right-click a blank area of the tab bar
  • right-click the "+" button on the tab bar
  • on the menu bar: View > Toolbars
  • on the "3-bar" menu: Customize > Show/Hide Toolbars

Does that help, or were the actual bookmarks deleted?
