How do a print an address contact list, as a list, not one name per page.
Could I capture the email column of the contact list data base and print that or put it in a word file? I need to keep a list of which email addresses are in each contact list. Thank you for your help.

Easiest way is to export the address book to comma separated values (csv) format, then open the csv file in a spreadsheet or csv editor, then select the columns with the desired content to print or copy to another program.
In Address Book, Tools/Export...Save as type: comma separated.... name the file.
