When I delete a message in my Gmail inbox, message still remains in my All Mail folder. How to correct this?

When I receive a message in an Gmail account, the message shows as Inbox. If I delete the message from the Inbox, the message still shows in my All Mail folder even though deleted. How can this be rectified so that I do not have to delete in two places?

Gmail keeps all mail in only one folder, "All mail", (deleted as well as junk Inbox .....) They put "tags" on them to indicate under what "folder/label" to show them. Until you delete and compact your gmail-trash or move mails outside of gmails folders they will stay in "All mail". (Good if you want to recover)

As you delete the only thing that happens on Gmail is a change of "tag".

You should not subscribe to "All mail" as that mean you just download mail twice.
