Hi all,

I would like to seort message by using two fields. In particular, I want to sort by sender as a primary sort and by date as a secondary sort. So that I see all messages from a sender in order. At the moment, they are all over the place.

Is it possible?

Thanks, Rudolf

The only way I know to do this is to do a search for the sender and sort the results by date.

If I have everything sorted by Date, so newest at top 'View' > 'Sort by' > selected: 'Date', 'Descending', 'unthreaded' and then click on 'From' column header, I get all sorted by FROM in Date order - newest on top. So now it says: 'View' > 'Sort by' > selected: 'From', 'Ascending' and 'Unthreaded'

if I then select: 'View' > 'Sort by' > and click on the last option : 'Grouped by Sort' so this is now selected: 'View' > 'Sort by' > selected: 'From', 'Ascending' and 'Grouped by Sort'

I now see From with emails now set as if threaded to the name, but the emails are displayed with newest emails at the bottom. I can collapse/expand an entire set of emails associated to a 'From' name to save on space.
