When entering information for contacts or editing an existing contact, I need access to first name field, last name field, etc. Is there some way to do this?

How is that related to the Firefox web browser?

Or, is that related to the Thunderbird email client?

I'm not sure how it is related to Firefox web browser. When I use Chrome for my contacts, I have access to all fields. When I use Firefox, I do not. It may be a Google problem.

Are you using Gmail? And that is where you are having that problem?
