Sorry, but when the Sync account password is changed all the data is cleared from the Sync server. Not remembering your password was a 'fatal' mistake. I guess you missed reading the warning message that appears after you click the Reset button, but before you are allowed to proceed with the Reset.

Unfortunately your data is gone from from the Sync server; there is no backup kept by Sync.

What about the other device/s that you have connected to your Sync account? Your data wouldn't have been cleared from any of them. You should be able to connect to Sync with the new password and re-populate the data on the Sync server from another device.
