I'm not sure whether there is a problem with controls not being displayed, or whether your bookmarks were deleted. '''''Controls''''' Usually your bookmarks are accessible using a toolbar button which looks something like a clipboard, next to a star icon. Do you have that button? Optionally, you can display bookmarks as follows: (1) Bookmarks Toolbar, below the main toolbar (more below) (2) Bookmarks Sidebar, to the left of the page (Ctrl+b usually displays or hides the sidebar, unless the page intercepts it) (3) Bookmarks Menu on the classic menu bar (more below) To turn different bars on and off, you can use one of these methods to show the toolbar list and select the desired bars there: * right-click a blank spot on the tab bar (or the "+" button) * tap the Alt key to activate the classic menu bar > View > Toolbars * in Customize mode > Show/Hide Toolbars (see: [[Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars]]) To turn on the Bookmarks Toolbar, Menu Bar, or other bars, click it on the list.
