when pressing "show all downloads " i want it to open a new window, not a new tab
my computer died and got a new hard drive. Im still running xp but I use to be able to click "show all downloads and it would open a completely separate window. Now it just opens a new tab. How can i change this?

Hello compfromhell, if you are in private browsing mode (permanent=never remember history in privacy tab, or, in a private window) then the about:downloads page opens in a tab. When you are in a normal mode window then the "show all downloads" (Downloads Manager/Library) opens in a new window.
