When I reply to a message the "to" is blank, but it works in safe mode.
After receiving a message and clicking on "Reply" or "Reply All", there is a blank instead of the sender's address in the "To" address section of the reply message. However, if I go into the safe mode, it works just fine.

When you say "safe mode" do you mean Windows safe mode or Thunderbird safe mode?
If you mean the latter, then a Thunderbird add-on is interfering. Start Thunderbird with all add-ons disabled, then enable one at a time, testing the "Reply", until you can figure out which add-on it is. Then leave that add-on disabled and contact it's author to find a solution.
