new mail bold, click then becomes unbold?
New mail info is bold when it arrives in my feed. When I click the mail (to preview it) it becomes a light font instead of staying bold. Seems like a small problem, but it drives me insane that they just all don't stay bold, even when read. Any thoughts?

There is no such thing as message preview. When you click the message you open it. Hence then font changes, i.e. the message is marked as 'Read'.
weird, because just last week...this wasn't happening.
You can tell Thunderbird after which amount of time a message is marked as read. Check underneath Options - Display.
