Why does printing not work in ESR version 52.2.0?
Our University created a new image with ESR version 52.2.0. When students try to print from Firefox, the get "An unknown error has occurred" We have followed all suggestions found on your site and any others we could get, but no luck.We have uninstalled and reinstalled, we have tried upgrading from version 45 to 52 and it broke the print option. Printing seems to work fine in other versions.

hi, can you tell us more about the environment that this is happening in (OS, printers used, configuration changes you're performing to firefox/the system, etc)?
