No need to uninstall. Firefox's Home Page setting actually allows multiple home page tabs. If you get the same unwanted pages when you launch a new window (Ctrl+n), then that's definitely the place to check.

See: How to set the home page

It may be hard to see, but there's a vertical bar between URLs in the home page address box. For example:

https://www.google.com/|https://www.youtube.com/

When removing an unwanted address, I suggest deleting from right to left and removing the vertical bar last. Otherwise, the first address might become corrupted with extraneous characters.

Was that it?

Thank you Jscher2000 for your help, I tried what you ask me to do, but when I open the firefox 54.0 homepage the youtube homepage open too, everytime I open firefox both the pages open, it driving me crazy, right now the only solution I have is to close the youtube page each time, thanks once again for your help.

Hi IslandBozs, were you able to check the home page setting on the Options page?

You can also check the target line in the Firefox desktop shortcut (right-click: Properties) to make sure nothing is appended after the path to the Firefox program.
