tried to sign in to sync,typed mail and pass but a message show up that the conformation email was returned,clicked on resend email same thing locked acc.

Hello, after i reinstalled my windows I've tried to sign in to sync i typed the same email that i use for this acc. and this message shows: The confirmation email we sent to ****** was returned i clicked on resend email same thing and in the end it says:

Sorry. We’ve locked your account.

The confirmation email we sent to ****** was returned and we’ve locked your account to protect your Firefox data. the resend button is gone!

Its funny because I've just use the same email to verify this acc. pls help.

Hi there, I understand that when you tried to verify your email address while logging in to Firefox sync that the email was successful, but there was another instance where the email bounced and your account was locked.

When you get the bounced message once, you much wait 24 hours before trying again, else you will be locked out of the account.

In order to better understand how to help you next, can you please verify if this happened on one device or multiple. For example, did it work once on one device then a second time it bounced, did it only bounce on one computer?
