When I touch "comments," a pop up window appears, but for the past few months no text. Neither Edge or my Iphone have this issue. Help!
OK, I visit ESPN website. I read an article. The pop up box appears, like it has for years. But now, no text appears in the comment box. I see text when I use Microsoft Edge or my iphone. What do I have set wrong? Tom Houser Roanoke, Va

Make sure you are not blocking content.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
