I receive mail from my primary account (cloud9.net) via Thunderbird. I would also like mail from my Gmail account to appear at the same time. I am able to sync the two accounts with the Windows 10 email program, but I like the Thunderbird interface much better. I went to Tools>Accounts but could not find a way to add an account. Thanks in advance,

There are a few ways to get there.

Using the path to Account Settings you click on the button labeled Account Actions and then Add Mail Account. Do not click Get a New Account since you are adding an existing gmail account.

You can also click the AppMenu Button (3 horizontal lines) and then New Message - Existing Mail Account

You can get there from the Menu Bar by selecting File-New-Existing mail Account. The Menu bar is usually hidden and pressing the alt key makes it appear.

Thanks, Airmail. I tried the first solution, which I had tried before but got stuck when I didn't see the Add Mail Account button. This time I got through all the prompts until Done. Now it's a matter of waiting to see if gmail comes in. Thanks again

And thanks again -- it worked!
