Some pdf attachments in emails become 1k in size and winmail.dat
Some emails I receive have pdf, docx, or jpeg files attached. Plus they come with winmail.dat files attached. The winmail files are 6k and the pdf, etc. are 1k. When I try to open them there's nothing there. These come from a local government and go to a variety of people. I'm the only one having the problem opening the attachments.

I would think something again is stopping the pdf files.
What email client or web site are you using ?
If running any security software that scans your email then you may need to look into that program.
