After updating firefox to 61.0.1 on win 10 1709, web page does not load.
As mentioned above title, after updating to 61.0.1, all web page does not load. start firefox safemode with add-ons disabled also does not help. refresh firefox with brand new also does not work. checked network settings, none help. had to revert back to 60.0.2. any advise?

i might have resolved the issue. its due to the firewall. zonealarm to be precise. after modifying some changes, it works for now.. hope it stays~
I'd suggest updating to Windows 1803, and just using the built in Windows Firewall. There is no need for a third party Firewall.
If you can not get it started from Update, you can get it started with this small program of MS's : https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
