What's your computer system and Firefox version?

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is the exact error messages?

Operation system is High sierra OS. I can't check Firefox version because it does not turn on... When I push on icon nothing happens. There are no messages. Nothing. Few days ago it was the same problem with acrobat reader.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Start your Computer in safe mode with network support. Then start Firefox. Try Secure websites. Is the problem still there?
