I use the bookmarks library all the time when browsing and have always used the shortcut CTRL + SHIFT + B to open it when using Firefox. Now it just opens the bookmark sidebar. This has only happened recently which makes me think it could be the most rceent update to Firefox that has caused the issue.

Hi Alan Yates, I like to use Ctrl+Shift+B also and it is working fine. Is that shift key working OK? Ctrl+B opens the sidebar.

Are you possibly using permanent Private Browsing mode (Always use Private Browsing mode; Never Remember History) in case that makes a difference?

Hi, I posted the above question for Alan. It is definitely a setting in his browser as I just tested this at work and the library is opening up as expected.

I tried the permanent Private Browsing mode on my browser and this didn't affect the CTRL + SHIFT + B function. I am pretty sure Alan is not using the private mode.

Try to reboot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case other software is causing problems.

Have you tried the other CTRL + SHIFT keys at the other end of the Space Bar?

There is another way to access the Library via the Alt key to open the Menu Bar and then click on Bookmarks or just type B when the Menu bar is open. Then select Show All Bookmarks.
