Import Address Book
I am new to Thunderbird, have 78.3.3 and trying to import address for my old email provider. I have downloaded a CVS file and got an error message. then converted the CVS file to Tab delimited text file and got the same error. I could use some help.

Since your specified text contains specified characters, the Utf -8 encoding software may see it as not compatible with the program, it ignores it entirely and crashes.
maybe you were also ignored when you crashed other mailboxes!

To perform a workaround use notepad ++ on Windows. Convert input "wester" encoded files to "Utf-8"
