This morning I received a message regarding Adobe Flash's EOL and I must uninstall it. I followed the instructions and uninstalled it. In the process I lost Firefox-"Profile Missing". I called AppleCare and they were unable to help. They reinstalled Adobe Flash and that is all. Help! I need Firefox and all my info.

Oh no, what kind of crazy instructions did Adobe give you?!

Do you recall erasing any folders that you might be able to recover from the MacOS Trash (not sure what they call it)?

Are you familiar with the MacOS backup software, Time Machine? It's possible that Time Machine might have a copy of the missing profile folder, but as a Windows person, it's a little difficult for me to learn how to restore it. Hopefully a Mac user can chime in on that.

If none of that is available, we have a support article on how to create a new profile to get Firefox up and running -- please do not delete anything in the Profile Manager dialog:

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-remove-switch-firefox-profiles#w_start-the-profile-manager-when-firefox-is-closed

This is only the first step. If you were using Sync with your Firefox Account, signing into your account in the new profile may recover some of your data and let you work partially normally while we try to help you find the rest of it.
