I submitted to your blackmail and downloaded the new version. All my local folders have disappeared. Where did they go and how do I get then back?

I suspect they are using a Linux type of OS (awaiting confirmation when posting comment) and they are not using a download from the official webpage. If anyone reading this is using that type of OS, all help would be appreciated.

Hi Morley, what do you mean by "local folders"? Is this question about Thunderbird?
