Hi Guys,

I've just moved house and got a new internet provider, so this could be many things.
When I go to the amazon home page everything is fine, images are shown.
When I do a search within amazon and get the search results, no thumb images are shown.
I've cleared the cache and history, quit and restarted firefox and also restarted my mac, but nothing so far has fixed this.
Being that I've just moved house and gone with a new internet provider may not help as the speeds can be slow for a couple of weeks.
Does anyone have any other ideas?
Dizzwold.

Is there a reason for the old version of Firefox? What did you search for on Amazon? Can you post a similar screenshot?

Hi Guys,

Thank you for your replies.
Hmm..
Firefox updates state it's up-to date.
I've take a screenshot inn safe mode with addon's disabled.
I'd already cleared the cache, cookies and history.

I couldn't replicate the issue with the same url. see screenshot https://www.amazon.co.uk/s?k=video+doorbell&ref=nb_sb_noss_2

Try downloading a separate copy of Firefox and run it see what happens.
