Seems like moving to TB 91.2.0 (64 bit) from TB 78.14.0 (64bit) deleted my "collected addresses" Any thoughts on how I can recover them?

Update: My TB78-TB91 upgrade was messed up pretty thoroughly by having the "enable/disable online prompt" setting set to enable which caused plugins to partially load but be non-functional. One of those plugins was CardBook which can be configured to manage "collected addresses"

On a second machine that had an identical profile, I disabled the "enable/disable online prompt" setting and did the upgrade and I did not lose my "collected addresses"

I also determined that the CardBook configuration was diverting "collected addresses" to CardBook so once I was able to get CardBook to function correctly, I was able to access my prior set of "collected addresses".
