Do you get this:

The server redirects that address to

https://crm.intelliagent.com/

Firefox displays an error page indicating SEC_ERROR_REVOKED_CERTIFICATE

This is confirmed by:

https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=crm.intelliagent.com

It seems to be a common problem for GoDaddy/Starfield customers. The reason this shows up fastest in Firefox is that Firefox still does real-time certificate revocation checks, while most other browsers have a list they download every so often.

I wonder whether this is related to the fact that the domain name registration was due for renewal earlier today?

If you have a working relationship with this company, I suggest reaching out to them ASAP about this problem.
