Lost bookmarks
Hi Team,
Greetings.
I had a list of bookmarks in Mozilla browser and they were synced well with my account. My PC crashed and i got it replaced from the organization. Even after logging into my account i was unable to restore bookmarks. Please let me know how to proceed further.

Are the bookmarks still on the other members of the sync?
Click on the 'hamburger' (3 horizontal lines) icon on the toolbar. The first entry should be your e-mail with a right-arrow. Press it. Then select Sync Now.

If the pc is from your organization, I would assume that they use Bitlocker. If they can access the data on the hard drive then you may be in luck if they're nice. The sync service is not a back up of your data, but allows you to sync you browser data to different devices. see screenshot
Thank you for the response. But i am looking for lost bookmarks which were synced earlier with my account on old PC. They did not show up when i logged in with the same account on this PC.
Do you still have the old computer? If so, start its Firefox. Then select Sync Now.
