User are currently experiencing print issues with 97.0, but not connecting has not been one of them.

I tried but it won't paste. I have it on my desk top. I don't think a screen shot will give any more info. for you to work with. The screen shot will show a Walmart spark with 12 projections, a blank center moving clock wise indicating it is in the process of doing something but never does. and below this are the words Preparing to Preview. This is strange I can compose an E-mail & paste it there but not here. I can send it to you if I had your E-Mail. I don't have a reply to your request .I did send the page to you. Today is 02/18/2022 and still in stage 1.
