I used to put a YouTube video with autoplay turned off, so whenever I fell asleep, the screen of my phone would turn off when the video was over.

Suddenly, some weeks ago, whenever the YouTube video stops, the screen remains on. And it drains the battery all night long.

I already completely uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, and also tried the Video Background Play Fix add-on, but this problems persists, and it's ONLY on YouTube.

What can I do?

Hi

Which add-ons do you have installed in Firefox for Android?

Just uBlock Origins.

Are you playing the videos in Firefox for Android, or do you have the option selected to open them in the YouTube app on your device?

Firefox for Android, I don't have the YouTube app installed.

Do you have an example of a video where this happens?

Are you signed into an account on YouTube?

Happens in every video, I am signed into an account on YouTube. Only add-on is uBlocker Origin and I already tried reinstalling Firefox without it.

When a YouTube video ends, if I have it in fullscreen, the screen remains indefinitely on like this:
