Hi, thank you for the crash report ID. Usually after you submit it, the number changes to a different one starting with bp which we can search and review.

Since you mentioned Twitch, please compare the following new thread: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1393585

bp-923d3208-ff5c-4626-9cb5-7f04e0221019

Does this work?

Hi

Is this a version of Firefox that you have installed from the Microsoft store?

The crash report confirms that this is https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1796126.

Can you try running "reg query HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\DESCRIPTION\System\CentralProcessor\0" in a "Command Prompt" window and reporting the results here?

^: According to the update channel being release (Release Channel: release), this is not the MSIX version from the MS Store.

Build Architecture amd64
CPU Info family 23 model 1 stepping 1
CPU Count 12

If you are affected by the AMD CPU issue, work is under way on a version 106.0.1 update. I don't know how quickly that can go through the build process and become available. Currently there is a test build linked in the following Reddit thread, and users are having good results with it so far. It's possible a further announcement will be made there:

Looks like the official release is out now:

Does that resolve the issue?
