Will SuperNova work normally if I delete "Sent" folders and Sent.msf from Profile/Local Folders (and retain "SentCopies" in Mail/Local Folders)?

I place a copy of Sent emails into "Local Folders/SentCopies" to avoid brief retrieval delays after sending (I use IMAP accounts--Outlook and Gmaill).

Trouble is, my tree display of Local Folders includes Both a "SentCopies" folder and a "Sent" folder (apparently the Account Settings for Local Folders in the past was set for a day to "Sent" for "Place a copy...", before changing to "SentCopies.")

To clean up the tree display and make it less confusing, I would like to remove "Sent" from the Local Folder Display, and see only "SentCopies" in Local Folders, (and continue to see "Sent" and also each account in Unified Folders).

My question: If I use Windows file explorer to delete 2 folders and a file from the Profile/Mail/Local Folders...(the folders "Sent" and "Sent.mosmsgs" and the file "Sent.msf"), will the Unified folders and tree display for Unified and Local folders continue to work normally? Will TB continue to track "Sent" items for both accounts in Unified Folders/Sent, and continue to show and update the "SentCopies" folder in the tree display For Local Folders? And will those deletions remove the usless and confusing folder labeled "Sent" in the Local Folder tree display?
