Regardless of the browser you are using, that is a lot of tabs to have open.

I do not know how much RAM you have in you computer, but closing other apps and trying to close a number of those tabs will certainly help.

Do you have a large number of bookmarks? Are you trying to bookmark all 4760 tabs at once?

Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?

Go to about:support in the address bar, scroll down to the "Places Database" heading, click the "Verify Integrity" button and wait for the result. Restart the browser and see if you can save bookmarks without it freezing.

But this is only EXAMPLE 4000 URLs Firefox is the worst browser in the world (in terms of bookmarks), because all available browsers on the market (Opera, Chrome, Edge, many other Browser) can all TABs to bookmarks!!!

I can bookmark 1,000 tabs in a few seconds without interruption and no errors in the console. Are you using an SSD or HDD?

You could try renaming the places.sqlite file in your profile folder to test with an empty database.

Does it still happen in a new profile? An easy way to test a new profile is to install Developer Edition and see if it happens there or refresh your existing profile. Make sure you stay signed out of your sync account when testing.

Demonstrate your ability to quickly add 4500 URL tabs to bookmarks. I am skeptical of your claim. Additionally, you failed to identify the error in the screenshot, displaying a brazen lack of knowledge! If this persists, Mozilla may encounter a recurring bug. I'm left to wonder if the same issues will persist for another 10 or 20 years. Even longstanding bugs remain unresolved. Numerous cases similar to this exist on Bugzilla. This constitutes a significant bug within Mozilla. Due to this bug, ALL extensions are rendered nonfunctional (!!!), particularly those related to adding bookmarks and many others.
