Have just noticed that there are no longer green Norton check marks against web results. Have spent all morning in live chat with Norton. They say it is the way it has been set up. Very disappointed as they check marks were very useful.

I still see green ticks on *search.norton.com*, you can set it as your new tab page with New Tab Override.

Hi I had another go at what you said and it worked but how safe is it? I have always used firefox with Norton Safe Search as homepage but that does not show the green check boxes. Have Firefox or Norton changed something?

I see green ticks on *search.norton.com* for non-sponsored sites (see screenshot) without any extensions installed. Are they still missing in Troubleshoot Mode?

Hi Thank you for your message. When I logged on this morning all the green ticks suddenly appeared as though yesterday had never happened. I do not know why Norton told me they were not going to be there anymore? All is well at present. Once again thank you.
