The Thunderbird update from 01/07 did not preserve my Inbox or Saved e-mail Folders. The Import tool fails when trying to get them. What is the manual process for restoring the files?

What do you want to import and from where? Do you have a backup of your Thunderbird profile? Or do you know where your "not preserved" folders are located? Since we can't see your screen a screen shot could be helpful.
