More detailed? Clearing the cache does not clear the cache. I still see the unupdated version of the web page. Have to use another browser to see the update. Or clear cache over and over again.. .usually works after 5 tries. Not always. How do you effectively clear the cache?

same issue here. Im using os X 10.6.3. I usually have to use camino to see the changes.

Mac 10.4.11 Cannot clear search and form history. Used to work fine, have rechecked all setting, reloaded Firefox 3.6.3, tried Onyx app., history will not reset manually or when I quit Firefox. What next?

Mac 10.4.11 Cannot clear search and form history. Used to work fine, have rechecked all setting. Happened after update to 3.6.3

I changed settings in the preference panel-under privacy - to use custom settings for history, and did not check the box to remember browsing history for any number of days. I also checked to clear history when Firefox closes. Now clearing recent history under the tools pull down does clear firefox, and I have no history at all recorded under the show all history pull down menu. Works for me under OS 10.4.11, and firefox 3.6.3

I cannot see the webpage updates in Firefox. Tried clearing the cache several times...Have to use Safari to see updated webpage. My firefox is version 3.6.7, I'm using Mac OS X 10.5.8 Anyone know how to clear the cache, there must be a way?
